ENCOUNTER JAPAN COMMUNICATION is looking for: * GENERAL ASSISTANT – FIXED-TERM POSITION (3 MONTHS) **Gross monthly salary:** $12,299.98 Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break **REQUIREMENTS:** - Minimum 6 months’ experience in similar positions - Proactivity, responsibility and commitment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and internet usage - Strong spelling and writing skills - Computer literacy **RESPONSIBILITIES:** - General office maintenance - General assistance - Purchasing office supplies - Cash handling (petty cash) - Tracking, attending to and supporting administrative tasks. - Document preparation, data entry, filing and control. - Vendor follow-up. - Tracking and controlling basic project-related information for clients - Electronic invoicing - Calendar and appointment organization - Reservations (flights, hotels and restaurants) - Researching information requested by the director.
