Job Responsibilities Operational Management Ensure all processes run smoothly. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations. Personnel administration (hiring, training, and motivating employees). Ensure adherence to working hours and smooth communication between departments and branches. Coordinate, organize, and supervise shifts. Resource Optimization Manage input inventories (minimum and maximum stock levels). Verify that functions, roles, and resource allocation are carried out efficiently. Conflict Resolution Develop financial and operational strategies. Supplier management. Create administrative checklists and supervise operational ones. Oversee operational costs. Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions. Procurement of inputs. Supervise and authorize expenditures. Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback to enhance productivity. Control operational costs and identify measures to reduce shrinkage. Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and annual income and expense reports. Develop and implement administrative and operational policies and protocols.
