Our primary purpose is: **Deliver Well-being** *Join our team* **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * **Knowledge:** Proficiency in Office applications (Excel is essential) * **Skills:** Results-oriented, honesty and professionalism, strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills, teamwork, problem-solving * **Experience:** 1 year of experience in Customer Service **General Responsibilities:** * Customer and prospect service, follow-up, and negotiation. * Promptly respond to customer and prospect phone calls, messages, and emails. * Provide information regarding availability of our products and services. * Send quotations and commercial and technical information to customers. * Submit service orders to the warehouse timely and accurately. * Support the sales department with quotations, follow-up, and customer service. * Maintain excellent service for physicians and their secretaries, procurement departments, distributors, warehouses, and hospitals. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $12,000.00–$14,000.00 MXN, tax-free * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonus * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. * Growth opportunities Employment type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $12,000.00–$14,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work location: On-site employment
