Analyze theoretical cost vs. actual cost and variances. Supervise control of proteins, shrinkage, and production. Validate revenue, discounts, deposits, and reconciliations. Review expenses, invoicing, and budget compliance. Generate executive reports for management. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience in cost auditing (restaurant/hotel preferred). ERP system proficiency and inventory control experience.
