WORK REFERENCE LETTERS OR EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATES ARE MANDATORY. Recent graduates without experience are accepted. **Required Qualities**: Active. Dynamic. Punctual. Responsible. Good personal presentation and hygiene. Excellent organizational skills. Passion for cooking. *IMMEDIATE START DATE REQUIRED* Full-time availability (8 hours per day) and ROTATING SHIFTS (open one week, closed the next). Day off on Tuesdays. FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE. Open from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM and from 3:30 PM to 11:30 PM. No scheduling or transportation constraints. **Responsibilities**: Food preparation in cold and hot areas, following recipes and brand-established quality standards. Ensuring compliance with hygiene standards set for kitchen operations. Managing, preserving, and optimizing available ingredients. Inventory control and purchase requisition. Weekly and monthly reports. Responsible for operation and cleaning of kitchen equipment and work area.
