Data analysis and report generation to support decision-making COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST \- WHOLESALE Location: Mexico City \- Central Office **Position Mission:** Responsible for serving as the strategic partner between Nestlé and the customer, ensuring daily task execution. Achieve flawless operational performance through purchase order tracking, ensuring optimal service to the customer. **Key Responsibilities:** * Order administration (order fulfillment, delivery date tracking) and ensuring product distribution based on sales. * Requesting and coordinating customer appointments for orders, with punctual follow-up. * Supporting administrative processes related to product onboarding with the customer and updating price lists. * Preparing indicator reports for presentation to Supply/Sales teams to ensure business clarity. * Analyzing and updating KPI files, including sales and inventory projections. * Controlling and generating accurate inventory handling data and days-of-inventory metrics. * General data analysis (stockouts, delivery failures, sell-in, sell-out). **What will make you successful?** 1–2 years of experience in commercial functions Intermediate–Advanced Excel skills Database analysis skills Completed degree or currently completing final thesis: Engineering, quantitative disciplines, commerce, or related fields. Analytical and negotiation skills Problem-solving ability Integrated customer relationships and collaboration.
