RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead candy department operations, ensuring achievement of goals, adherence to processes, and compliance with quality standards. * Manage inventory, monitor shrinkage and expiration dates to optimize resources. * Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely product replenishment and favorable commercial terms. * Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service. * Boost sales of candies, chocolates, and snacks by creating an attractive shopping experience.
