




Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Auditor for quick-service restaurant franchises, responsible for conducting audits according to client standards and reporting critical situations. Critical communication and data analysis for continuous improvement A company specializing in food sector audits is seeking: Food Auditor **for quick-service restaurant franchises.** ***Contracted as an Independent Service Provider, with flexible availability and willingness to travel to other states (this rotation is compensated, including transportation, accommodation, and meal allowances)*** **Requirements:** * Education: Food Engineer, Food Chemist, Food Technician, Food Technologist, or related degree. Industrial Engineer with food focus. Completed. * Gender: Not specified * Location: ***Mérida – Yucatán*** * Audit duration per store: 2 to 2.5 hours * Availability for training and certification (2 weeks, both virtual and in-store) * Auditor purchases own materials and receives reimbursement three months after joining us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with client standards * **Report any critical situation to management per protocol** * Record activities and incident checklists, including opportunities for improvement. * Verify food handling processes per client protocols. **Knowledge Requirements:** * ***Quality Management Systems.*** * ***Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).*** * ***Knowledge of ServSafe Certification, Norma 251, Norma 051*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and communication tools. * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC or similar standards.
