Opportunity for growth and expansion into brand audits A company specializing in food-sector audits is seeking: Food Auditor **for fast-food franchises.** ***Contracted as an Independent Service Provider, with flexible availability and willingness to travel to other states (this rotation is compensated, including transportation, accommodation, and meal allowances).*** **Requirements:** * Education: Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, or related degree; Industrial Engineering with a food focus. Must be completed. * Gender: Not specified * Location: ***Cuernavaca – Morelos*** * Audit duration: 2 to 2.5 hours per store * Availability for training and capacity-building (2 weeks, both virtual and in-store) * Auditor purchases own materials and is reimbursed 3 months after continuous engagement with us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted according to client standards * **Report any critical situations to management per protocol** * Record activities and incident checklists, including opportunities for improvement * Verify food-handling processes per client protocols **Knowledge Requirements:** * ***Quality Management Systems*** * ***Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)*** * ***Knowledge of ServSafe Certification, NOM-251, NOM-051*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google applications, and communication tools * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, or similar standards.
