




Position Summary: We are seeking a Food Auditor for quick-service restaurant franchises, responsible for ensuring audits meet client standards and communicating critical situations, with mobility required. A company specializing in food sector audits is seeking: **Food Auditor for quick-service restaurant franchises.** ***Engaged under an Independent Service Provider contract, with flexible availability and willingness to travel to other states (this rotation is compensated, covering transportation, accommodation, and meals).*** **Requirements:** * Education: Food Engineering, Food Chemistry, Food Technology, Food Technologist, or related degree; Industrial Engineering with food focus. Completed. * Gender: Unrestricted * Location: ***AGUASCALIENTES*** * Audit duration: 2 hours to 2 hours 30 minutes per store * Availability for training and capacity-building (2 weeks, virtual and in-store, both). * The auditor purchases required materials and receives reimbursement three months after continuous employment with us. **Job Responsibilities:** * Ensure audits are conducted in accordance with client standards * **Report any critical situation to management per established protocol** * Record activities and incident checklists, including opportunities for improvement. * Verify food handling processes against client protocols. **Knowledge Requirements:** * ***Quality Management Systems.*** * ***Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).*** * ***Familiarity with ServSafe certification, NOM-251, NOM-051*** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Google applications, and communication tools. * **Knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, BRC, or similar standards.
