If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.**Job Summary** --------------- To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a **Production Supervisor (Metal-Mechanical) located in Guadalajara, North Campus.** Responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper utilization of human resources, materials, machinery, and time to correctly execute production plans.**A Typical Day at Work:*** Monitor the daily production plan. * Manage and develop personnel under supervision. * End-to-end process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis * Hourly schedule adherence. * Work order closure. * Optimize company-provided resources (mechanical assembly tools and machinery, materials, and personnel) to fulfill the production plan safely, with quality, and in compliance with 5S. **The experience we seek to add to our team:*** Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field * Experience as a Bending Process Technician and/or Production Supervisor in the Metal-Mechanical or Electronics sector. * Knowledge of metal-mechanical machines and tools, and mechanical assembly equipment * Proficiency in bending processes is mandatory * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Solid knowledge of mechanical assembly machines and tools * Familiarity with production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management experience is mandatory. * 5S * ERP knowledge (Baan and FlexFlow) is a plus. * Availability for evening shift **What you’ll receive for your outstanding work:*** Competitive salary. * Life insurance and GMM (Group Medical Insurance). * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Grocery vouchers. * Savings fund.
