Seeking: **PERSONAL ASSISTANT** RESPONSIBILITIES: Support area activities Schedule management Request quotations for material purchases, receive quotations, review them, and submit them to the direct supervisor for approval Organize meetings Data entry and information control Manage personal requirements from management (supermarket, dry cleaning, errands) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Public Relations, or related field Excellent appearance Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience Outstanding communication and writing skills Valid driver’s license Ability to drive both automatic and standard vehicles WE OFFER: $12,000 base salary Biweekly payment Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00 and Saturday, 8:00–2:00 Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite-term, Probationary, Apprentice Contract duration: 3 months Salary: $12,000.00 per month Work location: On-site employment
