




**Job Objective** Ensure control, safeguarding, and proper distribution of supplies, materials, and merchandise, guaranteeing accurate inventories, order, cleanliness, and compliance with internal procedures. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive, verify, and record merchandise according to purchase orders and invoices. * Store products correctly following standards for order, rotation, and preservation. * Control inventories. * Apply rotation methods (FIFO). * Prepare internal requisitions and supply materials to operational areas. * Maintain the warehouse clean, orderly, and properly labeled. * Report losses, expirations, shortages, and surpluses. * Assist in periodic physical inventories. * Comply with hygiene, safety, and internal control standards. * Properly safeguard warehouse documents and records. **Required Knowledge** * Inventory control. * Management of warehouse receipts and shipments. * FIFO. * Basic knowledge of invoicing and purchase orders. * Hygiene and safety standards. * Basic Excel or inventory system skills (desirable). **Skills and Competencies** * Organization and orderliness. * Attention to detail. * Honesty and integrity. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork. * Ability to follow processes and policies. * Effective communication. **Education and Experience** * **Education:** Completed high school (desirable). * **Experience:** 1–2 years in warehouse operations, preferably in restaurants or consumer centers. **Working Conditions** * Moderate physical work. * Handling of light and medium loads. * Flexible schedule availability. * Work under pressure during inventory closings.
