




**Position Objective** Provide administrative and operational support to the various departments of the hospital, contributing to the proper execution of administrative processes, document control, and activity tracking, while simultaneously gaining practical experience in hospital management. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Support in the **organization and control of administrative documentation**. * Assist in **data entry, updating, and safeguarding of information** (administrative files, reports, databases). * Support in the **preparation of reports**, official letters, and internal forms. * Track administrative activities in departments such as: * Human Resources * Procurement and Purchasing * Accounting / Finance * Quality and Processes * Support in controlling **attendance, incidents, and archiving**. * Participate in the **review and improvement of administrative processes**. * Support logistics for meetings, committees, and training sessions. * Comply with the hospital’s internal policies and confidentiality guidelines. **Work Relationships** * **Internal:** Administration, Human Resources, Nursing, General Services, Procurement, Management. * **External:** Suppliers and external personnel (only under supervision). **Position Requirements** * Currently enrolled student in one of the following fields: * Administration * Business Management * Accounting * Industrial Engineering * Health Services Administration or related field * Must provide an official letter of introduction from the academic institution. * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel). * Basic knowledge of administrative processes. **Desirable Knowledge** * Document organization and control. * General administrative processes. * Introduction to hospital administration. * Basic handling of indicators and reporting.
