




Job Summary: We are seeking a cashier to process transactions, handle cash, manage customer complaints, maintain the workstation area, collaborate with the team, and manage changes. Collaborating as a team to foster a harmonious and efficient work environment RESPONSIBILITIES Transaction Processing: Collect payments, verify and correctly handle cash, card, or other payment methods, ensuring accuracy in every transaction. Cash Handling: Count, verify and correctly handle cash, perform cash drawer reconciliations, and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Complaint or Issue Management: Resolve diners’ issues—such as returns, exchanges, or claims—while remaining calm and respectful at all times. Workstation Maintenance: Keep the cashier area clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies to ensure efficient service. Regulatory Compliance: Follow security procedures, privacy policies, and financial regulatory requirements when processing transactions. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other employees to ensure a harmonious work environment and operational efficiency of the establishment. Managing Changes and Returns: The cashier must provide solutions and manage cash declarations, cash purchases, etc., to avoid confusion or false shortages.
