Stability and growth opportunities **Administrative and Logistics Coordinator** Location: San Mateo Nopala, Naucalpan On-site position: Full-time Salary: **$12,000 to $15,000** net, depending on experience Schedule: Mon–Fri 08:00–18:00 and Sat 09:00–14:00 **Job Description** At Grupo K, we are looking for a highly organized, solution-oriented, and agile **Administrative and Logistics Coordinator**, who will serve as a key support to the General Management, Senior Operations and Administration Manager, and daily operations of our companies. This role provides cross-functional support to our business units (printing press – jewelry retail – restaurant), coordinating orders, procurement, supplies, maintenance, and operational projects to ensure efficient functioning. **Main Responsibilities** **Administrative Management, Order Handling, and Customer Relations** * End-to-end order tracking for the printing press factory (production, timelines, deliveries, and invoicing). * Direct relationship and communication with customers, tracking requests, order status, and operational needs. * Ensuring clear, timely, and professional service throughout the entire process. **Procurement and Supply Management** * Procurement of key supplies: paper, inks, production materials, tools, and general office supplies. * Support for operational procurement for the restaurant. * Procurement and delivery coordination of supplies for retail branches. * Supplier research, quotation, and negotiation. **Logistics and Operations** * Coordination of drivers, routes, and deliveries. * Coordination of maintenance and carpentry personnel. * Management of preventive and corrective maintenance across branches, workshops, and offices. * Tracking of operational and infrastructure projects across the group’s various companies. **Support to General Management** * Prompt attention to and resolution of daily requests. * Coordination of operational needs across different departments. * Ability to resolve issues and secure necessary resources for business operations. **Candidate Profile** * Excellent organizational skills and strong sense of urgency. * Solution-oriented, practical, and highly proactive individual. * High capacity to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Service-oriented attitude and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders. * Trustworthiness, discretion, and results-driven mindset. **Requirements** * Prior experience in administrative coordination, logistics, or operations. * Experience in procurement and supplier management. * Experience in customer service and order follow-up. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency. * Completed or incomplete bachelor’s degree (preferred). * Service-oriented attitude **This vacancy offers:** * Strategic position with direct impact on the operations of multiple companies. * Dynamic, challenging, and highly learning-oriented work. * Stability and growth opportunities. * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. **We are looking for someone who is:** Agile, reliable, highly organized, proactive, and enjoys solving problems and making a significant impact—every day.
