The Polytechnic University of Texcoco invites interested professionals to apply for the position of **Administrative Analyst**. **Position Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field. * Inventory management and control. * Loading and unloading for the safe handling of received goods and dispatch of products. **Position Responsibilities** * Efficiently support all tasks assigned by the Material Resources Department. * Support the execution and control of procurement of material resources required for university operations, in accordance with applicable legal frameworks. * Support maintaining timely contact with suppliers for the provision of supplies, materials, and goods required by the university. * Support safeguarding warehouse resources and all documentation substantiating expenditures. * Process purchase or service requisitions. * Research and identify alternative procurement options through various local suppliers. * Register and evaluate suppliers. * Compile technical procurement files. * Collect copies of documents related to the Procurement Department. * Monitor and control purchases. * Manage and comply with guidelines for proper control of active files, centralized files, and historical files within the assigned department.
