Job stability and professional challenges D0gware is seeking a Finance and Administration Manager with the following experience: \- Must have worked in manufacturing companies in this role. \- Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Finance; preferably with a postgraduate degree in the field. \- Experience managing and implementing an ERP system. \- Experience managing a headcount of at least 150 employees, including shift rotation. Full autonomy over various work areas. \- Experience supervising and administering company operations across all departments (Treasury, Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and Warehousing). \- Preparation, analysis, and presentation of financial statements. \- Experience implementing administrative and financial policies and procedures to ensure transparency, internal control, and process optimization. **Responsibilities:** \- Lead the company’s financial and budgetary planning, ensuring efficient resource utilization and alignment with strategic objectives; report deviations and propose corrective actions. \- Supervise daily income, expenses, and cash flow to ensure liquidity and expense control. \- Maintain relationships and negotiate with financial institutions (banks) to obtain leverage financing. Control compliance with financial indicators. Analyze and monitor product profit margins and intercompany operations. Ensure integrity of accounting and financial information, as well as compliance with tax and legal obligations. \- Supervise collection processes to optimize accounts receivable turnover and maintain healthy relationships with customers and suppliers. Evaluate, define processes, and authorize payments for operational expenses, payroll, banks, suppliers, and government entities. Perform treasury operations, review and expedite accounts payable, and build trust-based relationships with customers and suppliers, always balancing cash flow.
