Position requested: **Accounting Analyst** We are seeking a responsible and proactive individual with strong analytical and communication skills, a sense of urgency, attention to detail, confidentiality, and professional ethics. Professional Profile: * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in a similar position. **(Mandatory)** * Up-to-date knowledge of tax, accounting, and labor laws. * Proficiency in accounting software (CONTPAQi, COI, SAE) **(Mandatory)** * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills. * Knowledge of electronic banking and referenced payments. * High level of responsibility, organization, and confidentiality. Responsibilities: * Processing IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, inquiries) * Weekly and biweekly payroll and pre-payroll processing * Database administration * Managing banking platforms * Performing planning tasks (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable) * SAT portal (retrieving and issuing invoices) * Processing company invoices and receipts, supplier payments, and customer payments * Maintaining financial records of income and expenses * Monitoring company budgets * Preparing financial statements and payment reconciliations * Providing service to customers visiting the finance department * Reviewing purchase orders, credit notes, and invoices prior to payment to ensure proper authorizations are in place * Tracking accounts payable and outstanding balances * Processing and filing insurance claims If you meet the above requirements, do not hesitate to apply.
