This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic industrial setting. Job Responsibilities * Assist in the creation and updating of training materials, presentations, and documentation. * Support the coordination and scheduling of training sessions for new hires and existing employees. * Help facilitate training workshops, including setting up equipment and preparing training spaces. * Gather feedback from training participants and assist in evaluating training effectiveness. * Maintain accurate training records and databases. * Collaborate with department leads to identify specific training needs. * Perform administrative tasks related to training, such as preparing rosters and sending communications. **Required Skills and Education** Job Qualifications * Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Education, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Prior experience in a manufacturing setting or training support role is a plus, but not required. **About AAM:** As a leading global Tier 1 Automotive and Mobility Supplier, AAM designs, engineers and manufactures Driveline and Metal Forming technologies to support electric, hybrid and internal combustion vehicles.
