**SIROC LEADER**
**Position Objective**
Coordinate and supervise processes related to construction project management before the IMSS via SIROC/ICSOE, as well as ensure regulatory compliance regarding REPSE, payroll, and tax obligations, guaranteeing accurate information administration and generation of reports required by authorities.
***Responsibilities***
* **SIROC Management**: Registration, updating, and closure of construction projects before the IMSS.
* **IMSS Personnel Transactions**: Employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications.
* **REPSE**: Compliance with requirements and control of specialized service contracts.
* **Payroll**: Administration of weekly and biweekly payroll.
* **NOI and COI**: Payroll processing, receipt stamping (timbrado), and accounting reconciliation.
* **ICSOE/SISUB Reports**: Preparation of quarterly reports on specialized service contracts.
* **Reconciliation**: Validation of stamping (timbrado) and payroll reconciliation against accounting records.
* **Regulatory Compliance**: Ensure processes comply with current legal and tax provisions.
* **Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**, **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or a related field.
* **General Experience**: 8–10 years in administrative, accounting, or construction project management roles.
* **Specific Experience**: At least 5 years in leadership or similar positions, with responsibility for payroll management, regulatory compliance, and project administration.
* Demonstrable knowledge of **SIROC/ICSOE**, **REPSE**, **NOI and COI**, payroll stamping (timbrado), and reconciliation.
* Experience preparing **quarterly reports** and managing IMSS personnel transactions.

* **Academic Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting**, **Civil Engineering**, **Architecture**, or a related field.
* **General Experience**: 8–10 years in administrative, accounting, or construction project management roles.
* **Specific Experience**: At least 5 years in leadership or similar positions, with responsibility for payroll management, regulatory compliance, and project administration.
