Opportunity for professional growth. **Position Description** Grupo SICMA is seeking a Graphic Designer specialized in Branding and Corporate Image, capable of creating, developing, and maintaining professional visual identities for the group’s various brands. **Responsibilities** * Create and develop complete visual identities (branding). * Develop corporate brand books including graphic, typographic, chromatic, and visual communication guidelines. * Design institutional materials: presentations, documents, advertisements, templates, social media content, and more. * Build and update the corporate image of Grupo SICMA and its companies. * Produce audiovisual content for internal and external communication. * Research trends, visual references, and competitors to strengthen brand identity. * Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency. * Collaborate with marketing, executive office, and audiovisual production departments. * Leverage AI-assisted design tools for production and conceptualization. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field. * Demonstrable portfolio in branding and corporate image (mandatory). * Proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Affinity Designer / Photo, Canva, Nano Banana generative AI (Midjourney, DALL·E, Firefly, etc.) * Experience in creating brand books and visual systems. * Research and conceptualization skills. * Excellent command of composition, typography, and color. * Knowledge of corporate visual communication. * Ability to lead small-scale design projects. * Creativity combined with structured thinking. * Proactivity and collaborative work ethic. **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Stability and opportunity for growth. * Statutory benefits. * Monday to Friday, 8:20 am to 6:00 pm. * Work location: Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mex. * Work modality: 100% on-site.
