Collaborate globally to improve processes and support innovation Eaton’s Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant \- LATAM. **What you’ll do:** ------------------- **Job Summary** As a Talent Acquisition Consultant you will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy for salaried/ IH \& Hourly positions across Latin America. In this customer\-facing, individual contributor role, you will act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HRBP´s, leading the full\-cycle recruitment process. Your focus will be on attracting and hiring top talent aligned with Eaton’s values and business goals, while ensuring a consistent and high\-quality candidate experience. You will also collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to continuously improve processes and support innovation within the Talent Acquisition function." \#Li\-SL4 **Job Responsibilities** 1\. Manage a requisition load of 30 \- 35\+ open positions in a fast paced environment 2\. Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various business units and geographies. 3\. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria 4\. Utilize technology and tools to identify new candidates, build relationships, and maintain a talented pool of candidates for selection purposes 5\. Utilize global tools and platforms to post jobs, screen resumes, and manage candidate pipelines. 6\. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. 7\. Maintain accurate and timely data in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 8\. Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns. 9\. Contribute to continuous improvement projects within the Talent Acquisition COE. 10\.
