The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach and a keen eye for detail to help drive project success. **Responsibilities** * Oversee all stages of financial processes, including monitoring budget usage, handling invoice processing, and managing payments across different engagements * Track and report monthly budget variances, maintaining up\-to\-date budget trackers for open purchase orders and committed funds * Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers and manage contract execution with third\-party vendors, working closely with senior management and legal departments * Create manuals, guidelines, and interactive dashboards (such as Google AppSheets) to optimize procurement workflows and improve project visibility * Serve as the main point of contact between managers, finance teams, and suppliers to ensure adherence to policies and timely completion of administrative tasks **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, project administration, or financial operations * Demonstrated ability in budget tracking, monthly forecasting, and managing complex financial workflows including invoices and purchase orders * Strong background in supplier and vendor onboarding, contract review, and direct collaboration with legal teams to ensure compliance with regulations and policies * Skilled in managing large datasets and developing interactive dashboards to monitor project progress and timelines * Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis, as well as experience with Docs, Slides, and Gmail for professional communication * Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both internal and external stakeholders such as program managers, suppliers, and legal teams * Outstanding interpersonal and organizational abilities, with a proactive mindset and the capacity to independently implement new ideas in a fast\-changing environment * English language proficiency at C2 level, both written and spoken **Nice to have** * Familiarity with the full suite of Google Workspace tools for enhanced productivity and collaboration
