This deliberate expansion enables us to efficiently connect with clients spanning EMEA, APAC, and NA. Within the ADC, our Business Consultants collaborate closely with market units, focusing on business functionality and solution workflows. We are looking for a **Senior Integratio** **n Consultant** who will also serve as **the ADC** **Team** **Lead** **for** **our** **Mexico** **branch** **.** This is an individual contributor role that combines hands‑on Integration consulting work with responsibilities that support and guide the local team. The role reports to the ADC Platform \& Integration Director and maintains a dotted‑line relationship with the Global Head of ADC, providing leadership through influence on delivery standards, talent development, and initiatives that support the continued growth and scaling of the CDMX team. The remaining portion of the role is dedicated to the responsibilities of a Senior Integration Business Consultant within project delivery . **Your scope as ADC Team Lead for CDMX:** * Promote team engagement and social cohesion in the CDMX ADC team. * Supporting local initiatives that strengthen collaboration, onboarding experience, and long\-term retention. * Own performance readiness of CDMX consultants, ensuring clear understanding of role expectations, delivery standards, and quality benchmarks. * Support effective allocation of local resources across SimCorp projects to ensure reliable delivery and healthy utilization . * Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes and ways of working, improving efficiency, quality, and predictability in alignment with SimCorp’s global delivery strategy. * Support the scaling of the CDMX Delivery Center, partnering with TA on recruitment, onboarding, and contributing to talent development and retention. **Your** **scope** **as a Consultant:** * Design, build , and deliver integration solutions for the SimCorp Dimension system based on client requirements , including the use of our custom integration tool ( Communication Server) * Participate in global implementation projects as part of the Manila ADC Platform \& Integration Team * Gather , analyse , and document client technical requirements * Collaborate closely with team members and cross‑ functional teams * Share knowledge and contribute to continuous learning within the team and the wider organization * Prepare test cases and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) * Perform unit testing , document developed components , and present delivered solutions **W** **HAT WE VALUE** * Minimum 7 years of experience in implementation projects related to systems integration , ideally within the FinTech sector * Strong ability to collaborate closely with clients and project teams, with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset * Experience in configuring systems based on specific client requirements * Knowledge of integration technologies and standards such as IBM WebSphere , MQ Series, APIs , or comparable solutions * Practical knowledge of SQL and relational databases * Practical knowledge of XML/XSLT and other data‑ transformation standards * Knowledge of, or strong interest in, investment finance ( e.g ., financial instruments , capital markets ) * Experience integrating financial IT systems and familiarity with financial industry standards ( e.g ., SWIFT, Bloomberg) * Excellent analytical skills , proactiveness , and a holistic approach to project delivery * Ability to manage shifting priorities and switch contexts effectively * A team‑oriented mindset and enjoyment of working toward shared goals * Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to coach, motivate, and engage others * Confidence in guiding other colleagues through change , fostering cohesion , and supporting performance readiness * A leadership approach built on influence and trust, leading by example and encouraging continuous development * Strong communication skills and a g reat command of English * Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent professional experience **BENEFITS** * Flexible working hours * Medical \& Dental insurance * Private life insurance * Christmas Bonus and Vacation Premium * Vacation days as per labor law * Ten days of paid “Sick Time” per year for employee or child illness * Two paid personal days per calendar year * Savings Fund * Grocery vouchers * Hybrid working model: 2 days per week in the office \+ 3 days remote * Office location: Spaces SkyTown Insurgentes, Colonia Tabacalera, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City * Professional training and courses (starting from a 3\-week SimCorp Dimension® Academy) * Possibility to develop your career in an international environment In addition, we provide a good work \& life balance and opportunities for professional development in an international environment: there is never just only one route \- we offer an individual approach to professional development to support the direction you want to take.
