




Job Summary: We are seeking a technically and business-oriented Scrum Master to lead the transformation and modernization of the ERP ecosystem (Oracle EBS/Cloud), orchestrating communication and ensuring roadmap quality. Minimize post go-live defects and ensure quality We seek a **Scrum Master** with strong technical and business acumen to lead the transformation and modernization of our ERP ecosystem (Oracle EBS/Cloud). This role is designed for a strategist capable of orchestrating communication among implementers, finance teams, and IT, ensuring the modernization roadmap is delivered with maximum quality and minimal rework. **Key Responsibilities** * **Agility Facilitation:** Conduct Scrum events (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Review, Retrospective) and manage workflow using Kanban. * **Project Leadership:** Orchestrate the migration and optimization of Oracle EBS to the cloud, proactively identifying technical and operational risks. * **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate closely with Product Owners and IT to prioritize the backlog and align the roadmap with corporate strategic objectives. * **Risk Mitigation:** Identify critical dependencies between financial and technical modules, ensuring effective mitigation strategies. * **Quality Assurance:** Coordinate communication between implementation and QA teams to minimize post go\-live defects. **Requirements:** * **Minimum Experience:** \+2 years managing specific projects related to **Oracle EBS / Oracle Cloud implementation or migration**. * **Domain Knowledge:** Solid understanding of **financial business processes** and Oracle EBS modules. * **Frameworks:** Proven experience with Scrum, Kanban, and *release* management in regulated corporate environments. * Execution of Scrum events and progress tracking. * **Preferred:** Certifications/courses in Scrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or other agile methodologies. **Soft Skills:** * **Analytical Thinking:** Ability to decompose complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks. * **Negotiation:** Skill in managing expectations of senior leadership and external vendors. * **Technical Leadership:** Moral authority to guide IT and technical support teams toward operational excellence.
