




Summary: This role involves district coordination of sales and aftersales through a dealer network, focusing on performance, KPIs, and strategic planning. Highlights: 1. Lead strategic planning for dealer performance and market design. 2. Develop and implement remediation plans for underperforming dealers. 3. Manage team performance and foster strong client relationships. District Coordination of Sales and Aftersales through Dealer Network focus on performance, KPIs, and quarterly targets supported on Zone Managers. **STRATEGIC :** 40% Planning and tuning of forecast per dealer Region. Special Programs and Mix Desing for Sales and Aftersales as a whole Arrangement of dealers by Performance. Appointment of staff in charge of every Dealer. **OPERATIONAL 50%:** Development of specific Dealers according to performance. Remediation plan for Specific Dealers in case of low performance. Tailored Remediation Plans. Dealers Visiting Plans. **RESOURCE MANAGEMENT 10%:** Team performance Management Smart administration of Travel expenses. **Other functions:** Participation in Dealer Conventions and Forums. Continuous interaction with stakeholders related to Sales and Aftersales Portfolio. Continuous communication with Dealer Development Area. Compliance and Integrity Culture. **Experience:** 8 years of minimum experience in this position or similar preferably in the automotive industry. 3\-5 Years of minimal experience leading teams. Bachelor's degree Admin, Mkt, commercial, public relations. Fluent English. Commercial presentations to dealer principals and managing staff. Presentation with Company Management. **Technical Knowledge:** Good excel knowledge and skills. Analysis capability Understanding of the automotive retail market industry.
