Maintains relationships with organizational management for staffing **Position Summary** To establish externalapplicant recruitment sources for exempt, non\-exempt, and hourly positions bydeveloping and maintaining various recruitment networks via college relationsprograms, recruitment advertising, career fairs, professional organizations andreferral programs. To coordinate recruitment and applicant screening formanagement consideration. To maintain hiring and selection records incompliance with external and internal requirements. Maintains relationshipswith organziational management to assure adequate staffing plan and standardsare implemented. **Position Responsibilities:** • Develops rapportand effective working relationships with professional recruitment sources andrepresentatives. • Recruits externalapplicants in a timely and cost efficient manner; develops and implementsprocesses necessary for effective selection, including the identification ofskills, knowledge and abilities needed required for the position. • Maintains applicantrecords within applicant tracking system and conducts pre\-hire evaluations,including employment references and background checks. • Reviews andapproves recruitment advertising requests and creates suggested ad copy in accordance with internal job requirements. • Participates inspecial projects as relate to improved applicant processing, resourcing, andreporting systems. • Ensures orientationand training is provided to new hires. **Position Requirements:** • Level of FormalEducation:A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent. • Area of Study:NoSpecial Requirement • Years ofExperience:Three to five years. • Type ofExperience:Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
