Our entrepreneurial culture empowers our people to deliver their best and collaborate with specialists worldwide to maximize every opportunity and lead the industry. **PROJECT MANAGER – ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIORS** **Objective:** Lead project execution to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes, financial control, and excellence in relationships with internal and external clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate assigned projects end-to-end, from planning through to closure. * Gather requirements and develop technical and administrative project documentation. * Manage tender processes: solicitation, analysis, and recommendation of supplier proposals. * Analyze budgets and construction schedules, ensuring timely and compliant execution. * Administer and supervise construction execution, leading multidisciplinary teams. * Represent the client before contractors and suppliers, participating in procurement and negotiations. * Prepare progress reports and monitor financial performance, including invoicing and collections. * Propose technical and value-engineering solutions to optimize costs, timelines, and quality. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture (degree holder)** * Minimum of **8 years’ experience in a similar role** * Demonstrable experience in: Mixed-use, Industrial, and Interior Design projects * Experience leading field-based work teams * Intermediate-level English * Proficiency in: Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, **Revit / BIM (a plus)** * **Personal vehicle** * **Willingness to travel as required by project needs** * Residency in **Querétaro** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs * Saturdays, 8:00–13:00 hrs * Extended hours are compensated within the weekly working schedule. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $55,000–$60,000 gross * Statutory benefits * Major Medical Expense Insurance * Life Insurance If you meet the profile, please apply through this channel or send your updated CV.
