PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities: * **Project planning: develop detailed plans, analyze specifications, and manage scope changes.** * Quality control: lead quality assurance processes to meet specifications. * Scheduling and coordination: maintain schedules and coordinate with stakeholders. * Documentation and reporting: maintain accurate records and present updates to senior management. * Cost and budget control: monitor costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Communication: maintain constant communication with team members and stakeholders. * Problem solving: identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective actions. * Procurement and logistics: supervise material procurement, logistics, and subcontractor management.
