Job Summary: Supervise every stage of projects, from briefing to final delivery, identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure quality, timelines, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of departments for projects, ensuring smooth communication 2. Proactive resolution of problems at all stages of the project 3. Development and control of detailed project schedules * Supervise each stage of projects—from receipt of the BRIEF to final delivery to the client—identifying potential risks or delays and proactively proposing solutions to resolve them, ensuring compliance with requirements, quality, timelines, and cost control. * Develop, monitor, and continuously update detailed schedules for each project, managing time and resources to meet quality standards and client expectations. * Consistently coordinate departments involved in project execution (sales, design, production, warehouse, procurement, quotations, quality, billing, and logistics), ensuring smooth, consistent, and accurate communication to guarantee a steady workflow. * Document and facilitate resolution of issues arising at any stage of the various project processes; proposing immediate solutions. COMPETENCIES Project Management Software or Applications General knowledge of furniture manufacturing processes, POP materials, and advertising spaces Extensive knowledge of materials: MDF, acrylics, PVC, PET, adhesives, etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,801.57 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
