Now we're looking for a **Partnership Manager** for**TripleTen LATAM****.** who will build and scale our B2C partnership channel in LATAM (Colombia and Mexico) — driving student enrollments through strategic partnerships with government agencies, corporations, universities, content creators, and media platforms. Your mission is to identify, onboard, and manage partners who will promote our programs and generate qualified student leads or direct enrollments. We work strictly on a performance\-based model. This role is not about content posting or brand awareness. It is about partnerships, negotiations, performance tracking, and measurable results. Requirements: **You have:** * 2\+ years in partnership management, business development, or affiliate marketing in EdTech or performance marketing * Track record of building partnership channels that deliver measurable results * Strong analytical skills: you work with CAC, LTV, conversion funnels, and performance data daily * Experience with performance\-based partnership models * Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills * Fluent English and Spanish * Ownership mentality: you solve problems independently and drive results * Strong project management: you handle multiple partnerships simultaneously and prioritize effectively **Bonus points for:** * Experience in Colombian or Mexican markets * Existing network of EdTech, media, or content partners in LATAM * Familiarity with CRM and partnership tracking tools * Background in performance marketing or growth roles What you will do: **Partner Acquisition \& Relationship Management** * Identify and recruit strategic partners in Colombia and Mexico who can drive student enrollments: government agencies requiring workforce reskilling, corporations needing employee upskilling, universities for continuing education partnerships, content creators and educators, niche media platforms. * Build and maintain long\-term relationships with partners, ensuring alignment on performance goals and payment structures. **Performance\-Based Campaign Management** * Structure partnership agreements based on qualified leads or completed enrollments with clear KPIs and payout terms. * Track partner performance: lead quality, conversion rates, student acquisition cost, and ROI by partner. * Optimize underperforming partnerships through data analysis and strategic adjustments. **Cross\-Functional Collaboration** * Work closely with the UA (User Acquisition) team to align partner traffic with broader acquisition strategies and ensure seamless lead handoff. * Coordinate with the marketing team to provide partners with landing pages, promotional materials, and campaign assets. * Collaborate with the product/sales team to ensure smooth enrollment processes for partner\-referred students. **Reporting \& Analytics** * Monitor and report on partnership channel performance: number of partners, leads generated, enrollment conversion, CAC by partner, revenue contribution. * Provide regular updates to the CMO on partnership pipeline, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
