At CAF, with over 30 years of success in Mexico, we transform the lives of thousands of passengers—but real change starts with you. **What will be your mission?** * Define the program’s quality strategy. * Lead the development and approval of Quality Plans and Inspection Plans. * Represent CAF before clients during audits, validations, and reviews. * Manage program quality risks and define mitigation plans. * Oversee First Article Inspection (FAI), industrialization, validation, and series production. * Ensure compliance with quality KPIs, budget, and schedule. * Coordinate departments such as SQA, Special Processes, and Production. * Lead non-conformance management at the program level. **What are we looking for?** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Master’s degree or Quality certifications preferred). Advanced English proficiency preferred. * Experience: 5 years of quality management experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. 5 years of quality management experience for programs or complex projects. Proven client-facing experience.
