With regular guidance from senior design staff, you’ll have the support to grow your skills while contributing to meaningful projects that make an impact. **In this role, you will:** * Produce on\-brand design assets for internal communications and marketing initiatives * Create and adapt materials for digital and print across multiple formats * Support day\-to\-day design requests from teams across the organization * Assist with event materials, recognitions, and other company\-wide communications * Maintain organized files, templates, and production\-ready deliverables in a fast\-paced workflow Requirements: **This role is a great fit if you are someone who:** * Has a bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred) * Is confident using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
