Direct communication with clients and senior management Senior Project Manager – Industrial Projects Monterrey, Nuevo León $35,000 MXN monthly On-site mode A leading company in the engineering and industrial projects sector is seeking a **Senior Project Manager** with solid experience in civil construction and comprehensive industrial project management. Position Objective Lead the strategic planning, execution, and supervision of industrial projects, ensuring compliance with schedule, budget, quality, and applicable regulations, while maintaining direct communication with clients and senior management. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate project execution from detailed engineering through to final delivery. * Supervise production, importation, logistics, and on-site assembly phases. * Define work plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets. * Monitor physical and financial project progress. * Implement budgetary controls and contingency plans. * Manage permits and regulatory compliance (IMSS, SIROC, SATIC, etc.). * Coordinate suppliers, installation contractors, and equipment rental. * Prepare executive reports for senior management. * Maintain direct communication with clients, suppliers, and senior management. * Lead, develop, and structure the project team. Requirements **Education:** Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Architecture. **Experience:** 7–10 years in: * Industrial project coordination. * Civil construction (mandatory). * Management or leadership roles. **Technical Knowledge:** * Project management methodologies. * Blueprint interpretation. * Labor and regulatory compliance. * Intermediate/advanced AutoCAD. * Advanced Microsoft Office suite. **Languages:** Advanced English required. **Other Requirements:** * Willingness to travel and remain outside Monterrey for extended periods. * Valid visa and passport. * Valid driver’s license.
