JOB DESCRIPTION Primary Responsibilities: * Provide support and service to internal customers, the company, and end customers regarding import and export operations. * Collaborate in sourcing and delivering information required to obtain and/or comply with necessary import and export licenses and/or certifications. * Collaborate with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance for each import operation and maintain required documentation. * Reconcile monthly information related to recorded foreign trade operations and ensure consistency and accuracy. * Verify and evaluate MRP system component structures for each finished product part number prior to executing the corresponding download process. * Supervise customs brokers’ activities in customs clearance oversight, ensuring accurate payment of federal duties and contributions related to foreign trade.
