As a Manager, Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will lead efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the study lifecycle. You will manage a team focused on engaging sites, addressing concerns, and facilitating smooth study operations to support successful trial outcomes. What You Will Be Doing:* Managing site engagement efforts to ensure strong relationships and clear communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams. * Leading and mentoring a team of site engagement professionals to support sites through the study initiation, conduct, and closeout phases. * Collaborating with internal teams, including clinical operations and project management, to align site engagement strategies with overall study goals. * Identifying and addressing site concerns, providing solutions to enhance site performance and overall trial success. * Driving initiatives to improve site satisfaction and retention, ensuring efficient and effective site operations. * Ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards in site engagement activities. Your Profile:* Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business management, or a related field, with significant experience in site engagement or clinical operations. * Proven experience managing site relationships and engagement in a clinical trial setting, with strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements. * Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of site engagement professionals. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities, with experience in addressing site concerns and implementing solutions. * Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple sites and maintain clear communication. * Detail\-oriented and proactive, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of site satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
