Wannamaker Law is expanding its Client Services team to strengthen our cash flow strategy and provide greater financial flexibility to our clients. We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven **Financing Solutions Specialist** to support clients who are interested in accelerating or restructuring their case payments through structured discount and short\-term financing programs. This role plays a key part in improving client experience while directly contributing to firm revenue performance. The ideal candidate is comfortable discussing financial arrangements, guiding clients through structured payment options, and coordinating across departments to ensure smooth execution. **What You Will Do** 1\. Client Outreach \& Education * Proactively contact eligible clients to present structured payment incentives. * Clearly explain available options, including: * 15% discount for upfront full payment. * 10% discount through a 3\-month structured financing plan. * Address client questions regarding eligibility, terms, and benefits. * Handle objections professionally and confidently. 2\. Enrollment \& Execution * Guide clients through enrollment in discount or financing programs. * Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. * Coordinate internally to update payment records and case statuses. 3\. Payment Coordination * Track upfront payments and installment schedules. * Collaborate with Billing and Finance to ensure balances are correctly applied. * Follow up with clients on upcoming payments to maintain compliance. 4\. Performance Tracking \& Reporting * Maintain daily and weekly tracking of: * Participation rates * Conversion rates * Total amounts collected * Average payment timelines * Provide structured reports to leadership with insights and recommendations. 5\. Cross\-Functional Collaboration * Work closely with Collections, Legal, and Client Services teams. * Participate in regular sync meetings. * Support payment\-related campaigns if required. 6\.
