The Digital Marketing Manager directly reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for building strong digital growth strategies while strengthening a solid online presence to improve brand positioning. Its deep knowledge of digital ecosystems and funnel analysis, will drive continuous improvements in acquisition, monetization and retention strategies. Responsibilities: · Development, implementation and monitoring of digital strategies to drive acquisition · Meaningful ongoing work on improving loyalty program, retention strategies, paid marketing · Ads management and media digital buying optimization to achieve expected results: Google Ads, Meta, etc. · Development of new digital sources of acquisition and strengthen the existing ones. · Supporting, implementation, and improvement of SEO strategy. · Creation and analysis of performance reports, with detailed takeaways and action plans, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization · Conduct A/B testing and bring new solutions that helps scale the digital performance efforts · Supporting in improving and adapting communication in all digital channels, own and paid · Work with specialized agencies and contractors as needed for the ongoing projects Other responsibilities: · Support strategically in content creation for own channels: Social Media, Blog, Website. · Collaborate closely with counterparts in other markets to co\-develop creative ideas, improve results, share learnings, and build efficiencies. · Deep understanding and involvement within all the funnel journey to implement growth\-oriented solutions * Generate reports and other types of documents as required by the direct supervisor. * Maintain in\-depth working knowledge of the brand, products, systems, and processes. · Keep up to date with trends, best practices, industry news, and all that may be sensitive for the digital landscape improvement. · Serve as a lead and coach for the supervised team, guiding with clear expectations. · Determine and follow\-up frequently on supervised team KPIs. * Support on investigations needed by the operation, authorities, or compliance department. * Collaborate as needed during onboarding and training processes of new marketing members, or for any other department, as required. Requirements: · 100% bilingual English \- Spanish · Proficiency in Excel: Intermediate\-Advanced · Data\-driven: decisions supported by measurable and verifiable business information · Solid experience understanding of consumer lifecycle, analytics and metrics: top\-of\-funnel growth, acquisition, monetization, retention, digital ad campaigns, activation, remarketing, audience management · Proven experience in social media marketing, Google Adwords, Google Analytics 4, SEO/SEM · Knowledge in app acquisition and MMPs · Affiliate marketing knowledge \- is a plus!
