VIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT is seeking a Cost and Budget Coordinator. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in cost and budgeting roles, along with a strong understanding of parametric processes. **Responsibilities:** * Review the project’s parametric budget. * Prepare a work catalog. * Analyze construction tenders and establish comparative tables. * Knowledge of construction cost per m² for various building types. **Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Advanced-level Excel expertise. * Experience using Neodata Unit Prices and Neodata ERP. * Knowledge of AutoCAD. * Knowledge of Revit (desirable). * Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams. * Delivery of budgets that are logical, chronological, clearly describe concepts, and include consistent and accurate pricing. * Generate unit price cards, bill of quantities, and indirect cost analysis from the budget as deliverables. **Experience in shopping centers, vertical projects, and/or villas.** **Benefits and Perks You’ll Receive:** * Statutory benefits * Uniforms * Computing equipment If you believe you possess the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply.
