Position Summary: Supervise and coordinate masonry and façade works in vertical construction, ensuring execution in accordance with drawings, quality, schedule, and safety requirements. Quality control and immediate correction of construction errors. Supervise, coordinate, and control masonry and façade works in vertical construction, ensuring proper execution in accordance with architectural drawings, project specifications, quality standards, timelines, and safety guidelines established by the **Construction Management Department**, as well as proper review and oversight of contractors. **This position is directly hired by the project’s internal management team**, with the objective of **reviewing, coordinating, and validating contractors’ work on site**. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Direct supervision of masonry and façade works in vertical construction: * Walls: concrete block, Hebel, structural clay brick, and other systems specified in the project. * Plastering, rendering, and base finishes. * Façade systems: exterior plastering, cladding, painting, stucco, cement panels, and architectural details. * Painting, gypsum board panels, cement panels, stucco, flooring, and general finishes. * Pavements, minor concrete pours, and architectural details. * Verification of layout, levels, plumb lines, alignments, and squareness. * Interpretation of architectural drawings, construction details, and façade sections. * Coordination, supervision, and performance evaluation of work crews and **contractors**. * Quality control and immediate correction of construction errors. * Tracking of daily and weekly progress. * Requesting, controlling, and ensuring proper use of materials at the work front. * Verification of compliance with safety and hygiene regulations on site. * Reporting progress, incidents, deviations, and requirements to the Resident Engineer / Project Manager / Management. * Supporting area handover and corrections prior to delivery. TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE * Complete masonry processes in vertical construction. * Construction processes and systems for **vertical façades and fenestration**. * Material standards and specifications. * Knowledge of construction systems: Hebel, clay brick, plastering, and base finishes. * Analysis of **Unit Price Cards (UP)** and productivity rates. * Reading and interpretation of architectural drawings and construction details. **Experience** in vertical or multifamily developments, construction systems, façade control, and direct interaction with and supervision of contractors.
