Position Summary: We are seeking an Agile / Scrum Master to coordinate software development teams, apply the Scrum framework, plan deliverables, monitor performance, and remove impediments. Assist software development teams in applying the Scrum framework. Plan deliverables and assist teams in monitoring performance. Remove team impediments and manage risks. Requirements: Knowledge of the Scrum framework, including all its artifacts and techniques. Experience in agile projects in the role of Scrum Master. Experience in localizing Jira and Confluence tools for banking, as well as familiarity with various agile frameworks and tools. Knowledge of and experience using institutional project management and user story (US) tools (JIRA, Confluence). Work Modality: Hybrid.
