The focus is on excellent customer service, quick responses to inquiries, frequent and transparent communication, and working hard to make real estate investment as stress\-free and profitable as possible. **Salary:** $900 \- $1,100 USD (monthly) **Roles and Responsibilities:** * Act as the main point of contact for property owners and tenants, ensuring clear and timely communication * Manage the full lifecycle of work orders, including entry, scheduling, follow\-up, and closure * Coordinate vendor appointments and maintain effective communication to ensure timely service delivery * Solicit and evaluate bids for special maintenance or repair projects * Schedule property inspections and spot checks as needed * Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve invoice questions and ensure accurate billing **Skills:** * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a personable and professional demeanor. * Advanced English reading skills with strong comprehension and quick processing * Able to build rapport with a wide range of personalities and provide a positive customer experience. * Detail\-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management and multitasking abilities * Proactive problem solver with a sharp eye for detail * Comfortable with technology and experienced in using digital tools for property listings, document handling, and workflow management **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field (Preferred). * 2\-3 years of Experience in property management and/or customer service (Required) * Advanced English (Required) * Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, etc.) * High\-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.) * Windows 10/11 or Mac ( 4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar) **Setting:** Remote **Schedule:** Monday to Friday \- 9:00 am – 6:00 pm EST (1 hr lunch) Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $15,640\.00 \- $19,115\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * administrative: 2 years (Required) Language: * advanced English (Required) Work Location: Remote
