At ALTEN Mexico, we value talent and are looking for a Mid-level SCRUM MASTER to join our team. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain Agile workflows and Jira dashboards tailored to the team’s specific development needs. * Understand and analyze delivery requirements, ensuring a healthy backlog and that Jira tickets accurately reflect the current development status. * Assist in gathering and documenting user requirements, with a specific focus on refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and estimation techniques. * Prepare sprint reports, velocity charts, and executive summaries to provide visibility into team performance and project timelines. * Lead all Agile ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement. * Maintain strict Jira hygiene, ensuring all tickets have up-to-date fix versions, components, labels, and statuses to avoid outdated information. * Facilitate the full sprint lifecycle—from initial scoping through final delivery and post-mortem analysis. * Adhere to high-quality Agile methodologies, ensuring the team delivers committed features on time and within scope. * Collaborate with architecture and DevOps teams to ensure Jira integrations (e.g., GitHub and GCP deployment triggers) function correctly for automated tracking. * Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying workflow bottlenecks and implementing “lean” solutions to increase efficiency. **Requirements** Minimum 2 years of experience in: * Proficiency in Jira and Confluence, including advanced search (JQL), dashboard creation, and permission management. * Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe). * Solid understanding of version control integration (linking GitHub commits and Pull Requests to Jira issues). * Strong grasp of Agile metrics (Burn-down/up charts, Cycle Time, Lead Time, and Throughput). * Expertise in backlog management and prioritization techniques (MoSCoW, WSJF). * In-depth knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem and its integration with cloud-based development environments (GCP). * Competence in documentation and creating visual aids to help the team and management track progress. **Benefits** * + **Competitive salary** * + **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements** + **Professional growth and development plan** + **Remote work scheme** + **Remote work support
