Job Objective: Ensure timely handling of AAA accounts regarding notifications and follow-ups, and address improvement opportunities. Functions and Responsibilities: * Ensure continuity in meeting customer requirements. * Organize and schedule requests. * Verify that scheduled items are fulfilled on time and in full for shipment. * Know and master the manufacturing process to effectively respond to product application issues. * Know and master the characteristics and properties of raw materials as part of technical support, enabling efficient responses to reported issues. * Knowledge and mastery of KPIs and measurements to facilitate process adaptation. Skills: Leadership Analytical ability Problem-solving Teamwork Critical thinking **Requirements** * Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree * 2 years of experience * Age: 28 years or older **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Availability to relocate and travel Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $16,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
