Candidate Profile * Minimum education: Completed secondary school or equivalent. * Minimum experience of **1 year** as a Sushero, Cook, or Advanced Kitchen Assistant * (preferably in high-turnover restaurants). * Technical knowledge in: * Basic sushi preparation (maki, rolls, nigiri, and rice handling). * Operation of industrial kitchen equipment. * Food hygiene and handling standards. * Standardized recipes and quality control. * Skills and Competencies * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure. * Organization and attention to detail. * Punctuality, responsibility, and commitment to quality. * Positive attitude and willingness to support the team. Key Responsibilities * Prepare sushi and food according to established recipes and procedures. * Ensure quality, presentation, and consistency for every dish. * Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. * Maintain cleanliness and order at your workstation and shared areas. * Control portion sizes to minimize waste and meet established cost targets. * Store ingredients according to food hygiene and safety standards. * Support various kitchen areas during peak demand periods.
