Job Summary: We are seeking a specialized concrete transport driver to operate concrete mixers, deliver cargo, and handle heavy-duty vehicles while complying with safety protocols. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible handling of heavy-duty vehicles Specialized Concrete Transport Driver (Concrete Mixer) **Age:** 24 to 55 years old **Minimum Education:** Completed secondary school Requirements * Minimum **2 years** of experience operating: * Heavy-duty cargo trucks (12 tons or more) * Tractor-trailers * Torton and fifth-wheel vehicles * Vehicles with **10 or more speeds with torque converter** * Valid Federal Type **B** driver’s license or valid commercial driver’s license * Familiarity with the work area * Residence within a maximum **1-hour commute** from the workplace Work Schedule * Shift: **7:00 a.m. until completion of operations** * Fixed day off: **Sunday** Salary and Benefits * Monthly base salary: **$12,386.10** (pre-tax) * Payment per trip starting from the first trip * Payment for idle time * Grocery vouchers: **$176** * Cafeteria vouchers: **$2,500** * Savings fund: **7.20%** * Vacation: **12 days** upon completion of the first year * Vacation bonus: **30%** * Year-end bonus (Aguinaldo): **16 days** * Life insurance * Uniforms and safety equipment * Statutory benefits: IMSS, Infonavit, Fonacot, and profit-sharing Available Locations QUERETARO: C.
