




Job Summary: We are seeking a Replenishment Supervisor to lead teams in replenishment operations, with a focus on productivity and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. We group the brands **7-Eleven, Petro Seven, MercaDía and MAS Bodega y Logística**, where more than 22,000 employees across 17 states of the Mexican Republic are part of our team. ***Join our team as: Replenishment Supervisor | NIGHT SHIFT*** **IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:** * Import orders into replenishment stations. * Print labels for approximately 2,800 SKUs. * Lead a team of 23 people in checkout areas and 14-person units, including two right-hand assistants for the checkout control desk and the unit control desk. * Monitor indicators: productivity, shrinkage, replenishment efficiency, and replenishment error rate. **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree (VERIFIABLE) * Experience: 3 years in a similar position or as a Replenishment Supervisor * Experience managing productivity indicators * Experience managing teams of +40 people * Knowledge: Intermediate Excel, WMS, Continuous Improvement / Projects, 5S. * No issue working night shifts. **SCHEDULE:** * 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM * Monday through Saturday **WE OFFER:** * Base salary + performance bonus * Monthly food vouchers * 13% savings fund * Life insurance * Major medical expense insurance * Transportation **LOCATION** * Kalos Industrial Park, Guadalupe, Nuevo León #Staff26 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Paternity leave exceeding legal requirements * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Workplace: On-site
