The objective is to design, plan, and develop executive projects in the Retail sector for clients such as Walmart, BBVA, Petco, Grupo Salinas, Mobility Ado, among others—ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, functionality, aesthetics, and meeting each client’s specific requirements. The candidate must ensure that projects are executed within established timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining constant communication with the technical teams across various disciplines involved, in order to meet client expectations and needs. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (intern or graduate) * Minimum 3 years’ experience in Retail Executive Projects * Advanced AutoCAD proficiency * Revit proficiency * Ability to collaborate and interact professionally * Willingness to travel * Architectural Surveys * Management of External References in AutoCAD * 3D Modeling * Creation of Photorealistic Renders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * SketchUp (Intermediate level) * In-depth knowledge of construction systems and building materials * Strong interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with clients, suppliers, and technical teams to ensure effective project coordination * Ability to understand and translate client needs into project deliverables * Willingness to travel * High sense of responsibility, observant, organized, and detail-oriented * Leadership capability and teamwork skills **Job Responsibilities** * Development of advanced Retail projects * Coordination of architectural survey execution * Coordination of information exchange with surveying teams to optimize topographic-architectural surveys * Design of efficient layouts * Quantification of executive projects to generate Concept and Generator Catalogs * Effective internal communication and client communication * Organized project management * Identification of project errors and proposal of viable solutions * Data-driven decision-making * Coordination with engineering teams based on executed projects * Engineering interface coordination for utility system integration * Preparation, development, and coordination of conceptual, schematic, architectural, and executive projects for new openings and renovations * Coordination and monitoring of projects across disciplines (structural, MEP, etc.) Organized project management and adherence to delivery deadlines. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, results-oriented, and focused on work quality. Development and coordination of architectural survey execution. Willingness to adapt to new technologies, processes, and work dynamics, with initiative to quickly identify and resolve problems. Quantification and preparation of detailed concept catalogs.
