Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Order Picker and Organizer to handle receiving, moving, packing, labeling, and inventorying materials in an industrial automation environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: · Receiving and delivering materials · Loading and unloading units · Moving materials within the warehouse · Packing and labeling products · Inventory management · Warehouse organization and cleaning WE OFFER: · Between $11,500 and $12,500 MXN monthly · 15 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) · IMSS, Infonavit, Afore, and Fonacot (100% employer-paid) · 12 vacation days during the first year · Profit-sharing (utilidades) · Salary increase opportunity at the fourth month and at one year · Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. REQUIREMENTS: · 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Warehouse Assistant · Electric forklift operation experience preferred · Ability to lift heavy objects · Attention to detail · Must be of legal age · Easy access to La Ferrocarril neighborhood (a few blocks from Lázaro Cárdenas and Gobernador Curiel streets) · Bus routes: Microbús, 646, 142, 59, 59:B, or any bus passing through Lázaro Cárdenas Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $5,949.25 - $16,976.53 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
